Refund Policy

1. Subscription Refunds
We offer subscription plans for premium access. You may request a full refund within a 24-hour window of purchase ONLY IF you have generated fewer than 5-10 prompts and used less than 15 minutes of usage on the Platform.
Once 5-10 prompts have been generated or 15 minutes of usage has accumulated, the service is considered fully delivered and no refund will be issued. This policy prevents abuse of our computing resources while protecting users in case of genuine purchase mistakes.
Renewal Exclusions: Please note that this refund window applies strictly to your initial subscription purchase. Subsequent recurring subscription renewal charges are non-refundable. Upfront disclosures regarding auto-renewals are provided at check-out.
Technical Access Exception: If a documented platform-side server malfunction or technical failure completely prevents you from accessing the Platform for more than 48 consecutive hours, we will issue a prorated refund or account credit regardless of the 24-hour registration threshold and response usage.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 7 to 10 business days.
2. One-Time Purchases
For any one-time resource purchases or credit packs:
- You may request a refund within a 48-hour window from purchase, provided that the service or database features have not been accessed or query credits have not been used.
- No refunds will be granted once service delivery has initiated or active database usage begins.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please send an email directly to our support team at support@acex.wtf. Your request must include the following information:
- Your registered account username and email address.
- The specific transaction date and order invoice ID.
- A brief description of the technical issue or the reason for your refund request.
Our support desk will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a final resolution or decision on the refund status within 3 business days.
4. Auto-Renewal Terms
ACEx subscriptions are designed to auto-renew to ensure uninterrupted access. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your account will be billed automatically at the end of each billing period.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, navigating to Settings, and selecting the subscription management menu. To avoid future billing, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled renewal date.
Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide partial-month or prorated refunds for cancelled active cycles.
5. Fraudulent Transactions
We prioritize transactional security and actively monitor for fraudulent activities. The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend access, refund transaction amounts, and close accounts in cases of suspected credit card fraud, billing address mismatches, or unauthorized payment methods.
Investigation Process: When a transaction is flagged for potential risk, we work directly with Razorpay to investigate. During the verification period, subscription benefits may be temporarily paused. If the transaction is confirmed valid, access will be restored immediately.
